Concussion Baseline Testing ==> All athletes who participate in
Collision, Contact or Limited-Contact (and pole vault/high jump) sports
are required to log in to Concussion Vital Signs and take a Baseline Test.
**This needs to be done before the beginning of team try-outs/practice.**
