NBTHS is excited to share a few highlights from last week’s School Violence Awareness Week! Through the collaborative efforts of the School Climate and Safety Team, we coordinated two engaging events to promote peace, creativity, and positive school connections.
A PEACE of ART Contest: Students in Ms. Lachow’s art classes submitted creative pieces celebrating peace. Their artwork is currently on display in the MRC for everyone to enjoy.
CHALK the WALK: This fun-filled event brought together students to spread positive messages and brighten our school community through art and creativity.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make these events a success! Together, we continue to build a safer, more positive, and connected school community.

Your NBTHS Science /STEM teachers have been getting ready for you-- checking their labs and equipment, and preparing for instruction. Congratulations to NBTHS junior Nathaniel for his performance in the Paper Mill Playhouse "New Voices" showcase. This revue was the culmination of the highly-selective Summer Musical Theater Conservatory. Thank you for representing NBTHS among NJ's best!
NBTHS hosted a regional PATH training for the AVID Program (Advancement Via Individual Determination). Hundreds of educators throughout the tri-state area attended the training which focused on how we can continue to advance this program in their districts to provide students with the supports needed to become college, career, and future ready. We look forward to continuing to advance AVID for NBT students!
